1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Buildreme ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Buildreme is an AI-powered application builder that generates web applications based on user prompts. The Service includes code generation, live preview, hosting, and deployment features.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate malware, phishing sites, or other malicious content
- Impersonate brands, organizations, or individuals
- Create content that violates any applicable laws
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the Service for illegal gambling, drug trafficking, or weapons sales
- Generate content that exploits minors
5. Intellectual Property
You own all code and applications generated through the Service. Buildreme claims no ownership over your generated content. However, the Service itself (platform code, UI, branding) remains our property.
6. Usage Limits & Billing
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when the AI agent processes your requests. Unused credits do not roll over. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Buildreme is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
