1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information:
- Account data: name, email address, OAuth profile information
- Usage data: prompts sent to the AI agent, generated code, project metadata
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, session duration
- Payment data: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the Service
- To authenticate you and manage your account
- To track usage for billing purposes
- To detect and prevent abuse
- To send transactional emails (account, billing, security)
3. AI Processing
Your prompts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic may process this data according to their own privacy policy. We do not use your prompts to train our own models. Generated code is stored in isolated containers and associated with your account.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Account data is stored in PostgreSQL (hosted in EU)
- Generated code runs in isolated Docker containers
- Published apps are stored on Cloudflare R2 (global CDN)
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
- API keys are never exposed to user containers
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts: data retained while account is active
- Deleted accounts: data permanently deleted within 30 days
- Container workspace: deleted after 24 hours of inactivity
- Published apps: retained until you delete them
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Anthropic — AI model provider (Claude)
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, published app hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Sentry — error tracking
- Hetzner — server infrastructure (EU)
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to processing of your data
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
